Listen, friends. My life has been changing. And I am super excited.
There are several important factors motivating and causing these changes and each one deserves an important, stand-alone, full-of-passion, blog post. And those will come.

- I'm engaged... yes! Like engaged to be married!! There is something about finding your soulmate that will inspire you to be your best self (or maybe it's just that Nicole has that affect on me) but I'm pretty sure this was the catalyst for a bit of soul-searching which led to a realization that to move forward with a clear path to our future, there's some cleaning up to do. This "cleanse" is all encompassing of letting go of the past, being excited about the future and make the most of our present state. And this isn't just emotional or wanting to lose 10 pounds for the wedding, this is a physical release and a physical change in how I live.
- The KonMari Method... you guys. The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up by Marie Kondo has created a feeling in our home like I have never known. It has been life-changing. LIFE-CHANGING people. You may think you are tidy or that you went through and did your "spring" or "fall" cleaning. I dare you to read this book cover to cover and then follow her method step-by-step.
- Essential Oils... essential oils can be used for everything. I didn't know this when I decided to purchase a kit from a friend a couple months ago. I thought I would use some to make my house smell nice and some when I got a headache. I now use oils for everything from skin & hair-care to cleaning & cooking, and to help with my mood & sleep. {currently diffusing Thieves, Eucalyptus & Lemon to promote wellness... heading to bed with Frankincense, Vetiver & Orange and a little Stress Away on my big toe to promote restful sleep}
